Nick Earl
Director
Nick was admitted to the bar in 2010 and has spent his career working in general practice law specialising in property, business, personal and family trust law.
Nick hails from a dairy farm near Putaruru, in the South Waikato, and he credits his rural upbringing for his strong work ethic and values. Nick holds honesty and integrity in the highest regard, and he brings these attributes to his practice. He is known for his ability to explain complex legal concepts in an easy-to-understand way. Nick’s favourite part about being a lawyer is seeing his clients achieve their goals and celebrating their successes with them.
Nick is a strong advocate for giving back to the local community. He was a Trustee (through a company) of the Wish for Fish Charitable Trust for over 12 years and is the current Chair of the Bay of Plenty Education Trust. In the past, he has tutored law at the University of Waikato and served on the Board of the Baywide Community Law Centre.
Outside of work, Nick and his wife Ash are busy with three young children at home. His days spent on the cricket oval or league field are now long behind him, however he still enjoys following most sports, with an extra special mention to the Warriors - don’t get him started on them!
